Senior Lettings Associate

As Senior Lettings Associate you will join a leading BTR operator at their developement of 250+ BTR units in Manchester! We are seeking an experienced Lettings professional to drive commercial performance at this awesome development.

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £33,000 + Bonus 

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Working 5 days out of 7 across Monday – Sunday

Role responsibilities:

· Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours

· Provide administrative support 

· Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments

· Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants

· Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately

· Collect and process rental payments from tenants

· Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;

· Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;

Experience:

· Previous experience within Property, Lettings, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Student Accommodation).

· Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
