Senior Lettings and Community Manager

Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is working with an established developer, owner and operator to recruit a Senior Lettings and Community Manager who will be part of the opening team at a brand-new Co-Living development in Guildford.

Role : Senior Lettings and Community Manager

Location : Guildford, Surrey

Salary : £50,000 + Bonus (£70,000 OTE)

Role overview –

You will be responsible for the operational performance and overall lettings strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre let targets, letting of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.

Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team. Manage the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire Built to Rent product and operation.

Experience required –

• Previous experience leading a complete lettings process and driving performance
• Minimum of 2 years working as a Lettings Manager or equivalent
• A proven track record of leading winning teams
• ARLA / MARLA strongly desirable
