Senior Estates Manager

RLR is supporting one of our fantastic clients, a leading operator in the residential living industry, to recruit a Senior Estates Manager. This position will play a crucial role in the management and performance of a London based residential portfolio.

Role : Senior Estates Manager

Location : London 

Salary : £70,000 + Bonus

Role Overview:

Line manage the onsite managers across a combined residential portfolio of leasehold and BTR developments, ensuring they provide a high quality and safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Oversee smooth daily operations to maintain high standards, and address residents’ needs.

To succeed in this role the Senior Estates Manager role you will lead on the following elements:-

Operational Management, Leadership, Safety & Compliance, Service Charge Management, Customer Service, Overall Budget Management and Resident Relations & Community Building.

• Experience managing a portfolio of properties
• A strong track record of maintaining high resident satisfaction
• Team management experience
• Proven ability to lead and teams and manage external contractors
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Financial acumen
