      Residential Living Recruitment are working with a premium Student Accommodation provider (PBSA) to recruit Sales Executives who will be on the front line of delivering annual occupancy and rental income targets.

      Job Role

      Sitting within a central sales team you will be responsible for responding to inbound booking enquiries for all sites within our Client’s large and growing portfolio. Whilst your primary goal will be to convert enquiries into bookings, we want you to be a brand advocate, supporting our potential customers with answers to key questions they might have during their booking journey.

      Salary:  £24,000 + Sales Bonus (OTE £10,000 – £15,000)

      Job type: Permanent

      Work pattern: 40 hours per week – every other weekend

      Location: Nottingham

      Duties and responsibilities

      • Deal with a high volume of inbound calls
      • Maximise revenue targets by strong customer engagement and utilising upselling opportunities
      • Communicate effectively via telephone and digital platforms
      • Interaction with site operations teams will
      • Logging all activity and communications you have with a prospect.
      • Support all sales leads with this information and support them through the journey.

      Experience and Skills

      • Sales experience dealing with high volume inbound calls
      • Excellent customer service
      • Track record of exceptional sales performance.
      • Experience in managing PBSA or Build-to-Rent lettings / sales.
      • CRM and booking systems.
      • Live chat, WhatsApp, email and other sales channel experience.
      • Resilience and adaptability.
