Residential Living Recruitment are working with a premium Student Accommodation provider (PBSA) to recruit a Sales Executive responsible for overseeing sales and all associated enquiries across residential sites.
Job Role
Working within a centralised sales team you will be responsible for responding to all inbound and outbound enquires for all sites.
Salary: up to £28,000 per annum + Bonus
Job type: 6 Months FTC
Work pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 between Monday to Sunday
Location: Central London
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKEND SHIFTS
Duties and responsibilities
- Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Communicate effectively via telephone
- Act as the key point of contact for prospective residents who are looking for their next home
- Qualify all enquiries from prospective residents, establishing their requirements.
- Maximise revenue targets by strong customer engagement and utilising upselling opportunities
- Guide prospective residents through the booking journey, being constantly on hand to answer any queries.
- Interaction with site operations teams will
- Logging all activity and communications you have with a prospect.
- Support all sales leads with this information and support them through the journey.
Experience and Skills
- Sales experience dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent customer service
- Track record of exceptional sales performance.
- Experience in sales/ lettings within PBSA or Build-to-Rent or Residential
- Resilience and adaptability.
