Join an established and market-leading property management company as an Evening Security Officer on-site at a luxury residential development in Central/East London. You will take responsibility for maintaining a secure and comfortable environment whilst delivering first-class customer service to residents and their guests.
Role : Residential Security Officer (SIA Licence required)
Hours : 3pm till 3am – 4 on 4 off
Location : London
Salary : £29,000
Role Duties:
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure regular patrols of the estate are completed and CCTV is constantly monitored
- Act as ambassador of the property and management company
- Always interact in an enthused and empathetic manner
- Ensure a high level of punctuality and presentation is upheld at all times
- Answer the phone and emails politely and appropriately
- Respond to complaints or concerns and find the appropriate solution
- Be empathetic in relation to all customers requests, queries or concerns
Person Specification:
- Hold an SIA Door Supervisor Licence and preferably an SIA CCTV Licence
- Previous security experience working in a similar environment e.g. Hotel, Private Members Club or Residential Development
- We require an individual with a strong work ethic
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable to thrive under high-pressure situations while effectively managing large teams
