Are you looking for more senior responsibilities in supporting the General Manager in operational management?
Exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team of a brand-new Co-Living development. This is a hands on, fast paced role to get stuck in with the mobilisation of a new site.
The Resident Services Manager will work as part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operations and resident experience at a residential community. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with team members and residents.
Location: South London
Salary: up to £33,000 per annum + Bonus
Work Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
Work Hours: 8am to 8pm
Duties and responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all residents and guests
• Be a main point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents
• Carry out security and maintenance inspections of vacant / pre-let properties
• Carry out light concierge duties such as parcel collection and key management when required.
• Run regular resident engagement events
• Assist with Move in and Move Out and conduct building and apartment familiarization to new residents
• Reviewing and reporting repair issues
Person Specification
• Experience in Build to Rent (BTR) or Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) or Hospitality
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Exceptional IT and numeracy skills
