      Are you an experienced customer service professional with experience of managing a team to provide the highest levels of service? If so, RLR have a great opportunity for you to be a part of a brand new team opening a Build to Rent (BTR) development in Bristol!

      As Resident Services Manager for this new Bristol location, you will be integral to the mobilisation of a brand-new BTR asset, recruit and lead the on-site team and ensure outstanding resident experience at all times.

      With close to 300 first-class units at the development, exceptional amenities and a fantastic location in the City – this development has everything!       Role : Resident Services Manager (Build to Rent)

      Salary : £40,000 + Bonus

      Role Overview :

      Customer Service & Resident Engagement – Take the lead with all aspects of resident engagement ensuring a first class events programme and facilitate building of a community amongst residents

      Leasing Performance – Ensure a seamless and high level experience is provided during the leasing journey and throughout the tenancy period

      Team Leadership – Work closely with your team to ensure motivation and engagement and carry out staff training, KPI monitoring and recruitment

      Asset Performance Management – Support the GM in all areas of building management to ensure the highest levels of performance

      Who we are searching for :

      A motivated individual with previous management experience in a residential property, hospitality role or similar

      A strong understanding of the residential lettings process ideally combined with a good understanding of the BTR industry  

      Customer service experience, including negotiation skills, complaints handling and dealing with difficult situations

      An innovative and dynamic approach to identifying issues and mitigating those risks in a cost effective and efficient manner

      IRPM/ ARLA Qualification – must be willing to undertake training and complete qualification within first 6 months of employment if not held
