      Residential Living Recruitment are working with an award-winning Build to Rent developer who are seeking a number of Resident Services Associate supporting within Resident Services.

      You will be providing excellent customer service supporting residents from move-in to move-out. This role involves working front of house and will include a lot of resident interaction to enhance resident experience. You will be managing and ensure there is a smooth running of the buildings.  

       

      Salary: £30,000 per annum plus earn an on-target bonus

      Job type: Permanent

      Hours: 37.5 hours a week on a rota that runs 5 days per week between Monday and Sunday

      Shift pattern: 7.5 Hours per day – Between 8am – 8pm

      Location: London

      Please note you must be flexible to work weekends on a shift rota basis.

       

       

      About You

      Do you have experience in customer facing roles which is essential ideally from hotel, retail, student accommodation, housing or residential sectors?

      The Resident Associate requires you to be customer focused and driven to achieve business targets. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You must be proactive, self-efficient and confident to carry a high volume work load of administration.

       

      Duties and responsibilities

      • Front desk Customer Service
      • Tour potential customers around our buildings
      • Support the pre-move-in administration processes to drive new business conversion
      • Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments
      • Carry out daily inspections of development
      • Deliver excellent customer service to residents
      • Network and regularly interact with customers to build customer relations
      • Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets

      Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

      • Experience working with Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Co-Living or Hospitality
      • ARLA / AIRPM qualifications or similar – desirable but not essential
      • IT literate with CRM software and Excel experience
      • Excellent communication and people skills
