Residential Living Recruitment are exclusively working with an award winning Property Management company who are leading experts within the Residential Build to Rent (BTR) and Single Family Housing (SFH) industry.
Due to growth across our Clients portfolio they are seeking a Renewals and Rent Review Co-Ordinator to join their outgoing and vibrant team.
Salary: up to £26,500 per annum + Bonus

Duties and responsibilities
- Responsibility for supporting a busy residential property portfolio
- Drawing up and issuing tenancy documents in compliance with current legislation
- Offering and agreeing renewals within set parameters
- Reviewing rent reviews in line with contractual provisions and issuing appropriate notices to increase the rent
- Liaising with the rent office to review rents on regulated tenancies
- Delivering an excellent customer service at all times
- Liaise with Property Management to ensure smooth move out process where renewal is not agreed
- Updating Yardi when renewals are agreed keep a clear record of new agreements
- Work in line with company policies, procedures and timescales
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience working within Lettings, Property or Residential
- Great administrative skills
- Delivers high levels of customer service to residents
- Experience within the rented housing sector is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Offices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, flexible and dedicated
