Exciting opportunity to work within a brand-new residential Build to Rent development as a Night Concierge which offer luxury apartments and on-site amenities for residents.
This role involves front of house duties and being the first point of contact for residents. You will assist the onsite management team in delivering the overall performance and customer experience of the development.
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus Bonus

Shift Pattern: Working 4 Nights on, 4 Nights Off – Site based
Hours: 7pm – 7am

Duties and responsibilities
- Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all residents and visitors.
- Handle all front of house incoming calls/enquiries and ensue a warm, welcoming environment for residents and visitors using the agreed salutation
- Actively engage with residents, visitors, colleagues, and contractors to provide a seamless experience for residents.
- Co-ordinate day-to-day operations ensuring quality and service delivery always meet and exceed resident’s expectations.
- Anticipate residents’ needs by engaging and asking questions to understand those needs to be able to adapt services to those needs when required.
- Assisting tenants moving into their apartment and completing apartment and appliance inductions as needed.
- Supporting residents with any queries and ensuring any maintenance reports are actioned quickly and efficiently.
Experience and Skills
- Experience working within Serviced Apartments, Serviced Offices, Residential, Student Accommodation, Hospitality, Leisure or Retail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
- Must be pro-active and able to use initiative to enhance the reputation of the building.
- Professional presentation, confident and outgoing nature.
- Well organised, ability to problem solve and works under pressure.
