Multisite General Manager (Build to Rent)

Take on this opportunity to work for an international residential real estate organisation and play your part in the growth of their portfolio in the UK. This multi-site position will play a crucial role in the management and performance of two high end Build to Rent developments in South East England. 

Role : Multisite General Manager (Build to Rent)

Location : South East England 

Salary : Up to £55,000 + Bonus

Role Overview:

Manage two high-end BTR developments, ensuring they provide a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Oversee smooth daily operations to maintain high standards, and address residents’ needs.

To succeed in this role the Senior Property Manager will lead on the following elements:-

Operational Management, Leadership, Safety & Compliance, Strategy & Planning, Customer service, Financial Management and Resident Relations & Community Building.

• Proven ability to lead and teams and manage external contractors
