Residential Living Recruitment are working with a premium Student Accommodation provider (PBSA) to recruit a Brand and Marketing Executive to be part of their growing business.
Job Role
The Brand & Marketing Executive will assist the Sales and Marketing Director, Head Office Departments and Residence Teams in protecting the company’s brand, all areas of marketing, with a focus on sales driving activity to achieve lettings targets. We’re looking for a who is obsessed with social media and passionate about creating standout content. Our Client is a dynamic and growing business, and the Brand & Marketing Executive will need to be hands on and flexible.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent
Work pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Central London
Duties and responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule on-trend, shareable content that resonates with students, including working with residents to craft industry-leading UGC.
- System Updates: Manage website, CRM and booking system content to ensure it’s always fresh, relevant, and user-friendly.
- Campaign Management: Support in planning and executing integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and booking with a focus on lead nurturing, and localisation and demographic segmentation.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning unforgettable events that bring the student communities to life.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future activity.
- Market Research: Keep a close eye on competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Student Feedback: Gather insights from residents and prospects to shape marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Experience and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the student category.
- Desirable: Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- You’re social media obsessed—you know what’s trending before it trends.
- You have strong organisational skills and can manage multiple projects with ease.
- You’re a natural communicator, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of the PBSA industry.
