      An exciting new opportunity to work for a developer owner operator within the Build to Rent (BTR) sector. Our client is seeking an experienced and professional Maintenance Technician to ensure all raised maintenance issues by residents are responded to and closed out in a timely manner, this also extends to any issues raised by the management team and ensuring the plant room is in working order.

      On a daily basis you will inspect all internal areas of the residential building and plant rooms and report any defects, security and health and safety concerns to the management team.

      The ideal candidate will have experience as a Maintenance Technician with the ability to deal with incidents swiftly and make sure they are logged accordingly.

      Salary: up to £36,000 per annum

      Location: Northwest London

      Work Pattern: 4 on 4 off. 8:00am to 20:00pm

      Duties and responsibilities

      • To inspect, daily, all internal areas of the residential buildings,

      including all plant room areas and report any defects, security, or health and safety

      concerns to the FM, AGM and GM

      • To enter all relevant comments/details in the respective Maintenance logs/files.

      • To ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged accordingly.

      • Reviewing and updating Yardi when a maintenance issue is reported by a resident

      or site team.

      • Keeping the Facilities Manager updated on maintenance issues

      • Responsible for stock count on materials required for apartment maintenance

      • To change all defective bulbs to the residential buildings, where appropriate.

      Where light bulbs are inaccessible, they should be logged and reported to the

      Facilities Manager so that appropriate attention may be organised.

      • Assisting with weekly lift and fire alarm tests

      • Good knowledge on plumbing/electrical
