      Are you an exceptional leader and experienced Maintenance professional within the Build to Rent (BTR) industry? If so, RLR have a rare opportunity for you with one of the sector’s leading operators!

      As Maintenance Manager you will be integral to the mobilisation and set up of a brand-new BTR asset in London, recruit and lead the on-site team, ensure a smooth handover from the developers and contribute to the provision of an outstanding customer experience at all times.

      With more than 450 state-of-the-art homes, spread across two buildings that boast exceptional amenities and overlooks a beautifully landscaped park – this development has it all! There is massive potential within this role, which is expected to deliver the company’s new flagship development in London.

      Role Overview :

      • Manage and undertake all maintenance requirements for a premium BTR development
      • Contribute to a happy, motivated and ambitious team that’s task-driven and results-orientated.
      • Prioritise customer service, ensuring residents have the best possible experience
      • Take full responsibility for the site compliance and health and safety
      • Establish positive working relationships with the wider estate and third party contractors

      Person Specification:

      • A talented, committed and experienced Maintenance Manager
      • Previous experience in a similar role in a relevant industry e.g. Hospitality, PBSA, Residential
      • Computer literacy is essential
      • Comfortable with taking full responsibility for H&S and compliance
      • Experience managing maintenance within a new build environment
      • A results-driven, dependable and dedicated professional
