Lettings Manager

Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is working with an industry leading Build to Rent (BTR) operator to recruit a Lettings Manager who will be part of the opening team at a brand-new BTR development in Liverpool.

Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent)

Location : Liverpool

Salary : £35,000 + 15% Bonus

Role overview –

The Lettings Manager will be responsible for the operational performance and overall lettings strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre let targets, letting of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy

Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team. Manage the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire Built to Rent product and operation.

Experience required –

• Previous experience leading a complete lettings process and driving performance
• Preferrably 2 years working as a Lettings Manager or equivalent
• A proven track record of leading winning teams
• ARLA / MARLA strongly desirable
