Exciting opportunity to work as a Lettings Coordinator for an award-winning property management company specialising in Build to Rent & Single Family Housing.

As a Lettings Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for general day-to-day support to the Lettings team and ensure that lease up and lettings activity is completed in an accurate, customer focused and timely manner.
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per annum
Location: Leeds office/Hybrid
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday
Duties and responsibilities
· Organising and arranging property viewings
· Manage tenancy applications and agreements
· Liaise effectively with the Property Management team
· Ensuring all available properties are marketed efficiently
· Process and respond to lettings enquiries
· Respond to emails or phone enquiries in a timely manner
· Communicate effectively with prospective residents
· Provide excellent customer service
Experience & Knowledge
· Experience in administration within property management, lettings or similar field
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Attention to detail and ability to handle legal paperwork and tenancy agreements
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Organised, flexible and dedicated
