As Lettings Consultant you will be an integral part of the team for a recognisable BTR asset in Manchester as you drive leasing performance and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

Location : Manchester

Salary : Up to £35,000 + 20% Bonus

Role Overview :

As Lettings Consultant you will be responsible for handling enquiries, managing viewings and converting interest in to sales appropriately to ensure maximum occupancy.

Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team.

Work with the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire BTR product and operational performance.

Who we are searching for :

• A lettings professional ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry
• Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and playing your part in a high performing team
• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
• IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
