Leasing Associate (BTR)

Residential Living Recruitment are looking for a Leasing Associate to be responsible for supporting the rental performance of the building and meeting the service requirements of residents within a Residential Build to Rent development.

Location: West London

Salary: £28- £32k with a 10% discretionary annual bonus

Job type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday – Friday – 40 Hours per week  

About You

This is a customer facing onsite role, dealing with first-line leasing enquiries from applicants and residents in line with the brand’s vision & values, providing an excellent quality and high value residential environment for a wide mix of residents, occupiers, and visitors.

Duties and responsibilities

• Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
• Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the Apartments
• Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
• Work with the team to meet the business plan lease up goals 
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
• Collect and process rental payments from tenants
• Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;
• Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;

Experience

• Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
