Our client provides a high standard of managed rental accommodation nationwide and ensures this is provided at the fairest possible pricing to ensure a great experience for all residents. Take on this role to ensure a high level of performance from the in-house Lettings department.
Role : Head of Lettings
Location : Manchester
Hours : Monday to Friday 40 hours pw
Salary : £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Role Overview:
- As a part of the senior management team you will take responsibility for your team and the complete Lettings business function. The key responsibilities of the Lettings department will include:
- A seamless enquiry to move-in customer workflow ensuring delivery of high quality customer experience
- Administration of CRM systems to ensure all information is recorded accurately and within industry standards
- Managing documentation, licencing and issues notices when required e.g. Section 21 and 8
- Upholding the highest level of customer service with clear communication to contribute to a fantastic resident experience throughout
Who we are looking for?
- A strong leader with a dynamic style who can mentor and develop a crucial business department
- An experienced Lettings professional with a track record of delivering on all of the above
- A qualified individual who wants to continue their professional development e.g. ARLA
- Prepared to work from a Central Manchester office and contribute as part of the senior management team
