      As General Manager for this awesome co-living development, you will be integral to the ongoing operations and commercial success of the asset, lead and develop the on-site team and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

      Role : General Manager (Co-Living)

      Location : London

      Salary : £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus

      Role Overview :

      • Customer Service – Lead on service delivery to all stakeholders and represent the development to the highest standards
      • Staff Management – Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and values
      • Financial and Reporting – Lead annual budget setting processes and ensure performance against them, monitoring closely throughout
      • Marketing and Leasing – Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy
      • Building Operations – Take overall responsibility for the entire estate and ensure any requirements are dealt with promptly
      • Facilities Management and H&S – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations

      Who we are searching for :

      • An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the co-living, BTR or Residential Living industries
      • An individual with financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&Ls and leasing strategy
      • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team
      • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
      • IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
