Location : Birmingham
Salary : £60,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

Role Overview :
- Customer Service – Lead on service delivery to all stakeholders and represent the development to the highest standards
- Staff Management – Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and values
- Financial and Reporting – Lead annual budget setting processes and ensure performance against them, monitoring closely throughout
- Marketing and Leasing – Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy
- Building Operations – Take overall responsibility for the entire estate and ensure any requirements are dealt with promptly
- Facilities Management and H&S – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations
Who we are searching for :
- An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry
- An individual with financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, P&Ls and leasing strategy
- Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
- IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
