Front Desk Service Associate (Build to Rent)

Residential Living Recruitment are working with a Build to Rent (BTR) operator who are seeking 2 Front Desk Services Associate. You will join a Resident Services team to provide excellent customer service to all residents within the building.

This role involves working front of house, being the first point of contact for all residents and visitors as well as a lot of resident interaction to enhance resident experience.

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus

Job type: Permanent

Shift pattern: Working 5 days per week between Monday to Sunday

Hours: 7.5 Hours per day on a shift rota between 8am – 8pm

Location: London

Please note you must be flexible to work weekends on a shift rota basis.

About You

We are looking for candidates who have experience working in customer facing roles which is essential ideally from Residential, Build to Rent (BTR), Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hotel, Services Apartments or Serviced Offices.

Duties and responsibilities

• Working on the front desk within a residential building
• Provide excellent customer service
• Respond to all enquiries in person, via telephone or email
• Tour potential customers around our buildings
• Support the pre-move-in administration processes to drive new business conversion
• Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the apartments
• Carry out daily inspections of development
• Network and regularly interact with customers to build customer relations
• Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets
