Development Manager (Luxury Residential)

Role – Development Manager FTC (Luxury Residential)

Salary – £45,000 per annum

Location – West London (Monday to Friday on-site)

This role is an initial 9 month fixed term contract.

As Development Manager you will lead the management of a high-end residential development with around 160 units in West London. You will have principal responsibility for the effective and efficient management of all aspects at the site whilst ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all stakeholders.

The development offers high-end accommodation for residents at the estate and is very well connected with great transport links. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead this site and the customer service / maintenance team to ensure all leasehold residents and wider stakeholders have a great experience.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience in the property industry which can be from different sub-sectors
• Strong leadership experience and skills developed from previous management positions
• A proven track record of managing client relationships along with other stakeholders
• A responsive and diligent individual who will use their skills to build relationships and ensure a strong and sustainable team dynamic
