      Role : Data Analyst

      Location : Leeds / Harrogate

      Salary – £30,000 – £32,000 + Bonus

      Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

      In the role of Data Analyst you will support your senior colleagues to continuously improve the outpost of your department and the wider business. This role will work closely with the  Asset Management team to ensure that potential opportunities for improved performance are identified. The key responsibility of this position is to analyse all operational data, including but not limited to, personnel, additional revenue, amenities, customer service and maintenance data.

      What will your key responsibilities be?

      • Support you team to analyse and report on all data driven from asset level leasing and operations.
      • Support new asset set up within systems
      • Support with rent setting targets based on performance YoY and for new assets
      • Identify trends to help inform risks and opportunities
      • Consolidated or platform level reporting
      • Market research to support leasing and management opportunities
      • Demographic reporting and analysis
      • Rent performance – averages/by unit type/by building
      • Operational level reporting e.g. customer service, complaints, parcel management etc
