      Residential Living Recruitment (RLR) is working with an established BTR operator to recruit a Community Manager to lead the team for a well-known BTR development in Manchester.

      Role : Community Manager (Build to Rent)

      Location : Manchester

      Salary : £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus

      The Community Manager will provide critical hands-on leadership and is responsible for the overall performance of the property as well as maintaining standards within established operations. The role is based full time within the development.

      Role overview – to manage almost 300 units within the block including communal areas. Customer service, building management, fire safety, health and safety, site security, cleaning, administration and property maintenance are all key to the continued success of the scheme.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Customer Service – Represent the brand by providing exceptional service to residents, prospective tenants, contractors, and visitors.
      • Leasing & Administration – Remain on-the-pulse to contribute to a dynamic marketing & leasing strategy.
      • Team Management and Development – Inspire and motivate the team to deliver the business plan and embody the company’s vision and values.
      • Facilities Management – Work with the wider team to ensure compliance with current regulations.
      • Property Management – Drive continuous improvement across the building, implementing new policy as required.

      Person Specification:

      • Relevant experience managing teams, ideally from the residential living industry e.g. BTR, PBSA, Leasehold 
      • Financial experience managing forecasts, budgets and P&Ls
      • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture
      • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
      • High level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
      • IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
