BTR Lettings Manager

Exciting opportunity to manage the overall rental performance and maximising profitability within a luxury Build to Rent development. This is a customer facing on site role and managing a small team of Lettings Administrators.

This role will drive rental revenue in a large residential Build to Rent (BTR) development with communal facilities that include a co-working lounge, gym, gardens, movie room and car park. The Lettings Manager is responsible for the overall rental performance of the development by maximizing profitability.

Salary: up to £42,000 per annum + Bonus

Location: North West London – 5 days site based

Duties and responsibilities

Customer Service:

· Communicate effectively and courteously, whether face to face, via telephone or in writing, with residents and colleagues, clearly understanding and responding to their needs.

· Assist in the implementation of the resident events programme

Leasing & Administration:

· Lead the lettings team to conduct viewings

· Understand and forecast future end-of-tenancy dates to identify opportunities to re-let quickly, efficiently and minimize void periods

· Lead the referencing process to ensure prospective tenant documents are correctly processed

Team Management & Development:

· Lead, Motivate and Support the team of Lettings Administrators

· Contribute and support the growth of company team culture

Experience & Knowledge

· Experience of BTR Leasing/Lettings

· Strong experience of Team Leadership and Training Delivery

· Experience of relevant sales & marketing strategy including working with external agency support

· Desirable, Not essential – Industry recognised qualification – ARLA
