Job Title: Assistant Manager (FTC)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum + Bonus
Role Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, building relationships within the community, and with residents, fire safety, health and safety and overall administration.
- Operational Performance – Supporting the onsite team and entire operations at the development
- Customer Services – Meet and interact with residents in a customer friendly and professional manner
- Building Maintenance / Health & Safety – Ensure that all legal and statutory requirements are adhered to
- Marketing & Asset Performance – Understand and oversee the void unit process, ensuring minimum turnaround timeframes. In the absence of the General Manager, to ensure budget responsibility is monitored
- Team – Train and support all team members and conduct performance management reviews
Person Specification
- Experience of managing teams within Residential, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation (PBSA) or Hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance
- Passionate in Customer Service, Resident Engagement and Resident Experience
- High level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
