      Residential Living Recruitment have an incredible opportunity for you in the Build to Rent (BTR) industry to work within a brand new development as the Assistant Resident Services Manager.

      As the Assistant Resident Services Manager you will be responsible for assisting in managing the resident experience within the rental development, supporting with team management and deputising for the Resident Services Manager during their absence.

      You will be working on site delivering exceptional customer service ensuring residents have the best experience from the beginning to end of their journey while living within the development. With more than 400 apartments (more to come!) and many exceptional amenities on-site there is massive potential and with the right leadership this will be a flagship property with a strong resident community at it’s core.

       

      Job Title: Assistant Resident Services Manager (BTR)

      Location: Leeds

      Salary: up to £37,000 per annum + Bonus

       

      Key Responsibilities

      • Ensure residents expectations are met or exceed within the Resident Services Team.
      • Deal with all resident complaints and ensure they are dealt wit within a timely matter
      • Coordinate and host resident events to promote community and engagement
      • Prepare check-in and check-out reports, completing property inductions with new residents
      • Prepare inventories for apartments
      • Support the leasing team to market and achieve leasing targets
      • Assist with monitoring on site maintenance performance
      • Deliver o customer satisfaction

      Who we are looking for

      • Experience of working within property lettings, build to rent (BTR), purpose built student accommodation (PBSA), serviced apartments or private residential sector
      • Excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Team player with willingness to support others
      • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a desire to learn and achieve outstanding results
