      Role – Assistant Development Manager (Build to Rent)

      Salary – Up to £45,000 per annum

      Location – East London (Monday to Friday on-site)

You will have shared responsibility for the effective and efficient management of all aspects at the site whilst ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all stakeholders.

      The development offers high-end accommodation for residents in a spacious estate and is very well connected with great transport links. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead this site and the customer service / maintenance team to ensure all residents and wider stakeholders have a great experience.

      What will you bring to the role?

      • Experience in the property industry which can be from different sub-sectors e.g. BTR, PBSA
      • Strong leadership experience and skills developed from previous management positions
      • A proven track record of managing client relationships along with other stakeholders
      • A responsive and diligent individual who will use their skills to build relationships and ensure a strong and sustainable team dynamic
