Resident Host (Build to Rent)

As the friendly face of the development, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors—helping to create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home. From supporting daily operations and coordinating maintenance, to organising community events and building lasting relationships, you’ll play a vital role in shaping an outstanding living experience for our residents.

Job Title: Resident Host

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £29,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing:

• Hosting the front desk, welcoming residents and visitors, and handling enquiries.
• Supporting residents with move-ins, move-outs, and day-to-day needs.
• Ensuring communal areas are safe, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
• Managing deliveries, parcels, and secure mail.
• Maintaining accurate records, health & safety compliance, and reporting on KPIs.
• Planning and delivering resident events to foster a strong sense of community.
• Engaging with local businesses to build valuable connections for residents.
