      Our Client is a market-leading property investment business, working with housebuilders and developers across the UK to deliver exclusive, off-market opportunities to investor clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join their sourcing team. This is a key role in driving growth by securing premium property opportunities and building long-term strategic partnerships.

       

      Location: Manchester (with regular travel across the North and Midlands)

      Salary: £45,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance + OTE £80,000–£100,000

      Contract: Full-time, permanent

       

      The Role

      As Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a central role in sourcing and delivering high-quality property investment opportunities for clients.

       

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Leading business development initiatives to secure off-market and below-market-value property deals
      • Building and maintaining strong relationships with developers, agents, and sourcers
      • Negotiating and closing property transactions that deliver exceptional value
      • Managing due diligence processes to ensure all opportunities meet our standards
      • Conducting market analysis to identify emerging investment locations
      • Reporting on KPIs and maintaining an active deal pipeline
      • Travelling regularly across the North and Midlands, with occasional travel further afield

      About You

      We are looking for a commercially driven professional with:

      • Minimum 4 years’ proven experience in business development, ideally within the property sector
      • A strong track record of securing and closing deals
      • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
      • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset
      • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail
      • Willingness to travel regularly to meet contacts
      • Genuine passion for property investment and market trends
