Join an established and market-leading property management company as Night Concierge for a luxury residential development in Central/East London. This individual will take responsibility for delivering first-class customer service to residents and guests alike throughout the night shift.
Role : Night Concierge
Hours : 7pm till 7am – 4 on 4 off
Location : East London
Salary : £30,300
Role Duties:
- Act as ambassador of the property and management company
- Always interact in an enthused and empathetic manner
- Ensure a high level of punctuality and presentation is upheld at all times
- Answer the phone and emails politely and appropriately
- Respond to complaints or concerns and find the appropriate solution
- Be empathetic in relation to all customers requests, queries or concerns
Person specification:
- Previous experience working in a similar environment e.g. Hotel, Private Members Club or Residential Development
- We require an individual with a strong work ethic
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be comfortable to thrive under high-pressure situations while effectively managing large teams
