RLR are seeking a Portfolio Performance Manager who will take ownership of a dynamic residential living portfolio, driving financial performance and ensuring assets deliver both exceptional living experiences and outstanding investor returns.
Role : Portfolio Performance Manager
Location : London or Manchester
Salary – Up to £50,000 + 10% Bonus
Hours : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in financial asset management, ideally in the residential, or commercial sector.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of income and expenditure management, P&L, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience presenting complex financial information to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
