Residential Living Recruitment are supporting a leading Build to Rent Operator to recruit a Resident Services Associate to join their brand new residential development in Leeds.
This is a varied, fast paced front of house role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, residents, contractors and visitors – and play a key part in making every interaction a positive one.
Job Title: Resident Services Associate (BTR)
Location: Leeds
Salary: up to £29,000 per annum + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Being the welcoming face of our reception area – greeting visitors, conducting viewings with applicants, handling walk‑in enquiries and ensuring every experience meets our high “mystery shopper” standards.
- Managing correspondence and diaries, including the repairs inboxes, tenant calls, and scheduling meetings or maintenance visits.
- Keeping our booking platform (Hubspot) updated with viewings, deals and leads – including pre‑call outreach to applicants.
- Preparing move‑in packs, carrying out apartment inductions and managing access passes, fobs and apps for new residents.
- Coordinating contractors, ordering supplies, supporting building events and keeping records up to date for both leasing and facilities management teams.
- Regular building walks and inspections to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Who we are looking for!
- A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner and strong email writing skills.
- Experience working within customer facing roles in Property or Hospitality
- Organised, detail focused and able to juggle multiple tasks calmly.
- Friendly, approachable and polished in presentation – someone who enjoys helping people.
- Comfortable with data entry, diary management and basic systems (Hubspot experience is a plus, but we’ll train you)
- A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
