Job Title: Asset Manager
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + Performance-Related Bonus
Location: London (with UK travel)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing Build-to-Rent (BTR) business with a UK-wide portfolio. The company is an investor, developer, operator, and asset manager with over 1,500 units under management and a secured pipeline of 2,000+ units. Backed by a well-established private equity fund, the business is on track to reach a £1bn+ portfolio of 5,000 units within five years.

Role Summary:

As Asset Manager, you will support the day-to-day asset management of both operational and development portfolios. Your focus will be on maximising performance, optimising returns, and contributing to the strategic growth of a high-performing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial and operational performance against business plans
• Prepare internal and investor reports, with data-driven insights
• Support ESG initiatives and industry accreditation submissions
• Lead annual budgeting and variance analysis
• Manage third-party suppliers, contracts, and KPIs
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Assist with asset management of a small commercial portfolio

Candidate Profile:

• Degree-qualified (real estate, finance, or related discipline preferred)
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel proficient)
• Experienced in financial reporting and performance analysis
• Understanding of property legislation and investment principles
• Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised team player
