This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities for residents and staff while leading on maintenance operations, compliance, and contractor management.
Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + Bonus
Location: West London
About the Role
- Lead on the operation, maintenance, and compliance of all building systems and services.
- Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to minimise disruption.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors and junior staff, ensuring work is delivered to high standards.
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, compliance documentation, and maintenance logs.
- Support long-term infrastructure upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and energy efficiency projects.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and company health & safety requirements.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems.
- Proven experience managing contractors, projects, and maintenance KPIs.
- A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in building services, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- A hands-on approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
