As a Build to Rent Leasing Associate you’ll be responsible for securing new residents, ensuring a seamless leasing process, and delivering an exceptional experience to everyone who walks through the doors. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success of one of London’s most recognisable BTR developments and support the community who live within.
Role : BTR Leasing Associate
Location : London
Salary : Up to £32,000 + Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
Hours : Monday to Friday with occasional weekend
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Leasing & Sales – Manage the entire rental journey from initial enquiry to move-in.
- Resident Experience & Community Engagement – Help build a strong sense of community through resident events, initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Operational Support & Compliance – Ensure leasing documents and resident files are compliant, accurate, and up to date.
Who we are searching for?
- Previous experience in lettings, property management, or residential sales (Build-to-Rent preferred).
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and build trusted relationships.
- Knowledge of the London rental market and relevant UK lettings regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- ARLA qualification (preferred), or a willingness to complete it within six months.
