      As Lettings Manager you will be integral to the mobilisation and set up of a brand-new BTR asset in Manchester, recruit and lead the on-site team, drive lettings performance and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

      With more than 450 state-of-the-art homes, spread across two buildings that boast exceptional amenities in the heart of Manchester – this development has it all! There is massive potential within this role, which is expected to deliver this new flagship in Manchester!

      Role Overview :

      As Lettings Manager you will be responsible for overall lettings and marketing strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre let targets, lettings of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.

      Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team.

      Supervise the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire BTR product and operational performance.

      Who we are searching for :

      • An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry
      • An individual with financial acumen and experience of working to budgets and devising a lettings strategy
      • Experience of developing a continuous improvement culture and mentoring a high performing team
      • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
      • IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
