Head of Front of House (Residential)

Take on this role to lead all Front of House operations for one of the UK’s flagship residential developments! As Head of Front of House you will ensure delivery of best-in-class resident services and that the best level of service possible is provided to all stakeholders.

Role : Head of Front of House

Location : Central London

Salary : £70,000 + Bonus

Hours : Full time Monday to Friday with weekend flexibility on occasion

What will the role require?

Strategic Leadership & Direction – Develop and implement a cohesive Front of House strategy aligned with the overall objectives

• Set KPIs to track and improve the efficiency of the Reception, Estate Security and Resident Engagement Teams.

Team Management & Development – Provide strong leadership and direction to the Reception Manager, Estate Security Manager and the Resident Engagement Manager.

• Mentor, coach and develop direct reports to maximise their potential and building a high-performing team.

Resident Engagement & Service Excellence – Ensure a culture of exceptional customer service across all Front of House touchpoints.

• Drive initiatives to continuously improve resident satisfaction and build strong relationship with the resident community.
• Develop a strategic resident communication plan to keep residents informed and engaged.

Estate Security & Safety – Oversee the effective management of 24-hour onsite security, post and parcel handling, access control systems and CCTV monitoring.

• Working with the Estate Security Manager and Estate Security Team to maintain the safety and security of residents and the wider estate.

• An effective communicator who can build great relationships with people.
• Demonstrable experience in managing multiple departments and leading teams of managers.
• Experience in formulation and managing budgets and performance monitoring across various cost centres.
• Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations within a Front of House environment.
