As Resident Services Manager you will lead the onsite customer service team for a fantastic build to rent asset in Leeds as they provide an exceptional resident experience. With more than 400 apartments (more to come!) and many exceptional amenities on-site there is massive potential and with the right leadership this will be a flagship property with a strong resident community at it’s core.
Role : Resident Services Manager (Build to Rent)

Salary : Up to £45,000 + Bonus

Role Overview:
- Line management of the Resident Services Team whilst supporting their development.
- Promote a customer service culture and ensure resident expectations are met.
- Delivery of agreed customer satisfaction targets
- Effective handling of customer complaints
- Implementation of resident events programme to promote community and engagement within the building
- Monitoring housekeeping operations to ensure that each site always remains presentable and within brand guidelines
- Ensuring that the property management system, Yardi is being used efficiently and updated accurately by the site teams.
- Ensuring that the communal areas & resident amenities are available, well-presented and maintained.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in providing the highest quality of customer experience and managing a team in a hospitality environment.
- An individual with a proven track record of managing operational processes and operating with honesty, integrity and intelligence.
- Excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience of coaching and developing direct reports.
- Strong team player with a willingness to support others.
- Clear communication skills, verbally and in writing.
