As Lettings Manager you will be an integral part of the team for a recognisable BTR asset in Manchester as you drive leasing performance and ensure outstanding customer experience at all times.

Role : Lettings Manager (Build to Rent)

Location : Manchester

Salary : Up to £40,000 + Bonus

Role Overview :

As Lettings Manager you will be responsible for overall leasing and marketing strategy at the development, including, but not limited to, pre let targets, leasing of remaining properties and ensuring maximum occupancy.

Understand and promote the brand and product at all times and ensure the same of the on-site team.

Work with the front of house/lettings teams and be responsible for the overall delivery of the entire BTR product and operational performance.

Who we are searching for :

• An exceptional leader ideally with previous experience in the BTR industry
• An individual with financial acumen and experience of working to budgets and devising a leasing strategy
• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and a high level of administrative skills and computer literacy skills
• IRPM / ARLA qualifications (highly desirable)
