      As the Resident Engagement Manager, you will be at the heart of everything ensuring residents not only enjoy their time in their residence but that they feel so delighted by their experience throughout. You will take responsibility for creating incredible events, delivering exceptional service and work with a wider team that thrives on delivering the best experience and a place that feels like home.

      You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building meaningful relationships with residents, and driving property performance—all while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere. 

      • Resident Experience: Your ultimate goal is to ensure every person’s experience with the property is nothing short of extraordinary.
      • Build Loyalty: With your energy and passion, you’ll turn current residents into your strongest brand ambassadors, creating a buzz that drives renewals and referrals naturally.
      • Events and Community Engagement: You’ll lead the charge in planning, organising, and executing events that bring the residents together and create a strong community.
      • Collaboration and Leadership: You’ll work closely with the management team, collaborating to drive performance across all areas

      Person Specification

      • Track record of exceptional customer service.
      • Experience in creating and hosting events and gatherings.
      • Relevant experience leading teams (e.g., build to rent, luxury residential, hospitality and student accommodation).
      • Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding residents’ expectations at every opportunity.
