      Job Title: Community Manager

      Location: North West London

      Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum

       

       

      Role Overview

      As the Community Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything ensuring residents not only enjoy their time but feel so delighted by their experience living within the development. You will be creating incredible events, delivering exceptional service and lead a team that thrives on delivering the best experience and a place that feels like home.

      You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, building meaningful relationships with residents, and driving property performance—all while maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

      • Customer Experience: Your ultimate goal is to ensure every resident’s experience with is nothing short of extraordinary.
      • Build Loyalty: With your energy and passion, you’ll turn current residents into your strongest brand ambassadors, creating a buzz that drives rebookings and referrals naturally.
      • Events and Community Engagement: You’ll lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing events that bring the community together
      • Building Management & Operational Excellence: Work alongside the General Manager to maintain 100% compliance with health and safety standards.
      • Collaboration and Leadership: You’ll work closely with the management team, collaborating to drive performance across all areas
      • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing, motivated team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

      Person Specification

      • Track record of exceptional customer service.
      • Experience in creating and hosting events and gatherings.
      • Relevant experience managing teams (e.g., hospitality, residence-based, student accommodation).
      • Customer Service Excellence: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding our residents’ expectations
