      Residential Living Recruitment are exclusively working with an award-winning Property Management company specialising in Build to Rent and Single-Family Housing. Our Client has a strong reputation, winning numerous awards and works with clients across the UK.

      Due to continued growth within our portfolio, we are seeking a motivated and experienced PPM & Compliance Coordinator to join the Health, Safety and Compliance Team.

       

      Job Purpose

      The PPM & Compliance Coordinator will provide critical hands-on support to the internal Health & Safety team. 

      The purpose of the role is to ensure that as the business groups, impeccable Health and Safety standards continue across all property portfolios and assets. The position is absolutely essential to ensure the company remain 100% compliant with all legislative requirements.

      Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 Basic salary (D.O.E) + Bonus

      Location: Leeds, Hybrid – 2 days WFH  

       

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage the day-to-day delivery of our planned maintenance programs including complete compliance with statutory legislation.
      • Schedule and review all certificates and/or reports received to assess compliance and recommend remedial works.
      • Raise work orders
      • Processing of contractor invoices
      • Processing of invoices for capital projects ensuring appropriate checks have been made
      • Develop and agree maintenance schedules with approved contractors
      • To keep abreast of all legislative changes.
      • Provide monthly PPM and Compliance reports to the Head of Health and Safety.

      Experience & Knowledge

      • Experience in Hard FM
      • Experience of FM service deliverables
      • Management of Supply Chain
      • Implementation of Statutory Compliance PPM tasks
      • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as a desire to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
      • Comfortable using various IT systems and software.
