Residential Living Recruitment are working with Build to Rent (BTR) operators who are seeking a number of Leasing Associate / Lettings Associates. Our Clients provides stylish apartments within London well known areas.

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus Commission
Job type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Working 5 days out of 7 across Monday – Sunday
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK WEEKEND SHIFTS ON A ROTA BASIS
About You
The Leasing Associate role requires someone who is driven to succeed and achieve sales targets. You will need to have excellent communication skills to be able to deal with a diverse range of people.
Duties and responsibilities
- Contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to live within the Apartments
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks on applicants
- Work with the team to meet the business plan lease up goals
- Tour potential customers around different developments
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Promote and sell additional revenue generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire etc
- To ensure the software system is up to date and accurate at all times;
- Ensure documentation and initial payments are accurate and compliant;
- Support and set up leasing open days
- Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally;
Experience
- Keen to speak to candidates who have experience working within Property, Lettings, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Student Accommodation).
- Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
