Residential Living Recruitment are working with a developer-owner-operator to recruit a number of Leasing Associates to achieve lease-up targets of their brand-new Build to Rent (BTR) development opening this year!
We are looking for experienced Leasing/Lettings professionals or Sales Executives with experience within Residential, Build to Rent (BTR), Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hospitality or experience working in a Gym within the sales teams. Location: London
Salary: up to £34,000 per annum + Commission – OTE up to £50K
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Working 5 days out of 7 across Monday – Sunday
Duties and responsibilities
- Pro-actively contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their rental requirements, match their requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours.
- Tour potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits
- Negotiate appropriately and close potential customers to secure the lease
- Progress all leases in a timely fashion working closely with the operations and administration teams.
- Support and set up leasing open days
- Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to thriving in a changing environment.
- Ensure the Yardi CRM software system is up to date and accurate at all times.
Experience
- Experience working within Property, Lettings, Leasing, Sales, BTR (Build to Rent) or PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation).
- Proven experience in sales and leasing, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven to achieve individual and team targets
