Maintenance Technician

Residential Living Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to work for luxury Residential Build to Rent developments.

Our Clients are seeking Maintenance Technicians who has strong technical/maintenance experience to meet the needs of the residential building. You must be a team player and can work unsupervised with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum + Bonus

Location: North West London  

Hours: Working 5 days out of 7  

Operational Duties

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Painting and decorating apartments if needed
• Turning around apartments for new move ins
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary

Key Requirements

• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary.
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
