Opportunity available for an Asset Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Build to Rent developers and operators! In this role you will be accountable for the performance and management of mobilising and operational residential assets – some of the highest quality BTR developments in the UK.
Role : Asset Manager (Build to Rent)
Location : West Yorkshire (Greater Leeds)
Salary : £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus
What will the role require?
- Work with central and on site teams to monitor and drive operational and financial performance
- Recommending strategies and business plans that optimise asset performance
- Prove areas of strength within the business, identify risks, trends and opportunities to outperform KPIs
- Manage rent setting, prepare annual business plans, operating budgets and set leasing, income and expenditure targets
Who we are searching for?
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm
- An individual with an in depth knowledge of the BTR investor and development market
- You will have experience of managing investor relations and reporting on large scale residental asset and portfolio level
- Strong understanding of leasing processes, property management, and relevant legislation
- Property, investment or financial experience
- Professional presentation, confident and outgoing in nature
- Excellent Excel Microsoft office skills
