Maintenance Technician

Become the Maintenance Technician for a brand new BTR scheme in South London. Divided into 2 towers, with wonderful communal spaces such as garden terraces, co-working areas, lounge, gym, and playground area.

The Role

The role will be based at on site, where each day will be different, fit for an enthusiastic candidate with a can-do attitude, maturity to adapt in fast-changing situations, who can build rapport with residents, deliver great customer service, and achieve high retention levels.

•    Natural multitasker who enjoys taking ownership of responsibilities, think creatively in finding ways to resolve problems whilst delivering consistent quality customer service. 

•    Have demonstrable experience in property management maintenance or equivalent experience.

•    Have comprehensive understanding of Building Services, general maintenance activities and parts.

•    Have excellent written and spoken English.

•    Possess exceptional IT skills including MS Word, Excel & Outlook (training will be provided for our internal database system).

•    Be an efficient and organised individual with excellent communication skills and has a sensitive, professional and well-mannered nature.

•    Be able to work exceptionally well within a team dynamic and contributes to an established open culture.

•    Have the ability to follow company policies and procedures
